Green Brook Baseball Club

Green Brook Baseball Club has been serving the local community for over 50 years. We are committed to teaching and developing future leaders, good citizens, and outstanding young-adults. We provide an environment that fosters a sense of community, sportsmanship, teamwork and camaraderie amongst our children.

Green Brook Baseball Club is a fully approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. With five baseball fields we have one of the largest 100% self-sustained complexes in New Jersey. Our Board Members, volunteers and parents work tirelessly to keep our fields looking great and keeping the kids playing a game in which they LOVE!

Do we need Managers, Coaches, Team Parents and volunteers?
Yes! We are a 100% volunteer league with many parents pitching in to make a great season of baseball for the kids. If you would like to help out please complete the volunteer applications located in the handouts section on the website. Once completed please email the President on the "Board" tab.

What activities do the registration fees include?
There are winter clinics at an indoor facility in the months of February/March for those that register early. Once the teams are chosen, there are some practices before the season starts.  Then there are approximately 12-18 regular season games.

When does the season start?
We hope to start games beginning of April but that may be delayed due to a severe weather. The season will go to approximately the beginning of June

When are the games played?
There is usually one game on Saturday and 1 or 2 games on a weeknight at 6pm.

Practices are scheduled by the team Manager and are determined by field availability

What are the Field and Shack Bonds?

Field work bond time is accomplished through general maintenance work during March before the season begins in order to prepare the fields for the season. The per family field work bond requirement is 8 hours or the bond is $120. If a family does not complete the required field work hours before the season, they must pay $120

Shack work bond time is accomplished throughout the spring recreation season by working a total of 6 hours in the snack shack. The Snack Shack bond of $60 was paid upfront at the time of registration and will be reimbursed at the end of the season when the 6 hours has been fulfilled

*Tball is exempt from Field and Shack Bonds
