Do you know the warning signs of Heart Attack?
Chest discomfort – Lasts more than a few minutes in the center of the chest. It may go away but then comes back. It can feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Discomfort – in the upper body including both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach
Shortness of Breath – with or without chest discomfort
Other signs – breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadness
